With provide the tools, information, and encouragement needed to prepare for life after high school. We need your help to provide accessible programming to give everyone an opportunity to positively impact their life through sport.
MISSION
We provide a safe space for those who identify as female or non-binary to play football (some may know it as “soccer”), offering mentorship and professional resources that may not otherwise be available.
Football For Her educates, motivates, and develops confidence on and off the pitch; helping youth participants reach their goals regardless of their economic standing. We provide a safe and inclusive space to play every Friday night along with empowering events throughout the year. FFH creates awareness about the opportunities for players, whether their goal is to play professionally or not. We aim to keep girls active and provide an opportunity to change their lives through sport.

Football For Her provides a safe and inclusive space for those who identify as female or non-binary to play every Friday at Lab Five Soccer in Pacoima and Gardena, CA. We have a free fundamentals course for beginners followed by 2 hours of organized pick up games for girls+ aged 8-18. FFH also provides mentorship and resources for all of our participants!
AFTER HOURS
Designed exclusively for high school players ages 14 to 17, this is your space to take over the pitch, compete under the lights, and be part of a competitive, high-energy environment made just for you!
THE Fundraising CLINIC
Football For Her believes we all should have the same opportunities no matter our background or the neighborhood they come from. The FFH Clinic is an inspirational, motivating, and unique training experience serving those who identify as female or non-binary who are already involved in organized sports.
