PRIVATE TRAINING

 

1 on 1 or small group training session range from an hour to 2 hours. Depending on what you'd like to accomplish for the session, I will recommend a time frame that I feel will let us accomplish your checklist but is totally up to you. Virtual training and mentorship sessions are also available if you are not from the Los Angeles area.

Private Training will be constructed to your needs and can consist any of the of the following:

  • Ankle/ knee pre-hab

  • Improve agility and change of direction

  • Develop explosive speed

  • Core/stability

  • Professional critiquing and advice about the sport and life

  • Technical development utilizing all surfaces of the foot

  • Foundational passing and receiving

  • Striking and finishing

  • Position specific passing patterns and movements

Team training available upon request.
